XTENDED iDENTiTY Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for confirmation. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure about your specific item, feel free to contact us.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 7 - 10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high processing volume in the warehouse.

  • Credit or Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • PayPal, Klarna, or Other Online Payment Providers: Refunds will be sent to the PayPal, Klarna, or the online payment method you chose within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers with questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.

  • Gift Card Payments: If you paid using a gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card to your account.

  • Store Credit Orders: If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
